The project had been on hold for several years before we were asked to develop the original design, which was incomplete. Ready for a renewed building application and to produce construction detailing. Liaising with other professionals to overcome numerous problems due to a very restrictive site.
2 Story Domestic extension with internal re-design - Salisbury
Planning
This project is a re-design of the internal layout to provide direct access to the family bathroom, a bigger kitchen and to provide a third bedroom. Planning has been sort to replace the existing kitchen and first floor bathroom, which currently provides insufficient accommodation, with an enlarged two storey rear extension and loft conversion. Giving a light open plan Ground floor, re-locating the second bedroom to the back of the house and adding a good sized third bedroom in the roof.
Potting & Storage shed - Alderbury

For this we had to create an acceptable design to gain planning permission for a large garden building.
