This project consists of a 28-room nursing home laid out over 4 floors. We first came in on this to build the complicated cut roof. We were then awarded the contract for the rest of the carpentry work - which included all interior and exterior first and second fixings, with some additional works.

After completing the first nursing home (Kimberly West) we were asked to take on the full carpentry contract with additional works for the second replacement nursing home.
Triple Extension to Care Home - South Coast
Pre-Planning
This project is in its early stages of developing the design for a pre-planning application. We have been asked to look at the possibility of enlarging 6 rooms, by the use of a side extension. Plus an additional 4 rooms by the use of a rear extension and the addition of 4 rooms by the use of a loft conversion.
